No matter how friendly or engaging a manager may be, workplace stress is an inevitable truth. Some workplaces may be less stressful than others, but the feelings of stress occur at every business. Small businesses may have the appearance that they are less stressful than large corporations, but in reality, small business run into the same problems as large business. Deadlines getting pushed, co-workers not agreeing with each other, run ins with your boss, they happen everywhere.
It’s not hard to see the effects that workplace stress has on your employees both physically and mentally.
