Annual Minutes Report Scam Hits Small Businesses

Many state officials are warning business owners about “Corporate Records Service,” a company sending out formal-looking “Annual Minute Forms” to businesses in an attempt to collect confidential information and fees for unnecessary paperwork. These solicitations look official and appear to becoming from the state. The fees requested are typically much higher than what the state charges and often involve services not needed or required.

Don’t Forget to Spring Forward Today

I’m a punctual person. In fact, I usually arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for a meeting. If for some reason, I’m running late it makes me a nervous wreck.
